Check these 3 things first
- Your spam folderOur email may have been filtered automatically.
- Allowed domainsAdd @nnine.shop@gmail.com to your allowed list. For convenience store or bank transfer payments, also add @komoju.com.
- The email address on your orderA typo means our email can’t reach you. If it’s wrong, please contact us.
Carrier and iCloud email can be unreliable. docomo, au and SoftBank email, or iCloud Mail when storage is full, may not receive our emails. We recommend using Gmail or a similar service.
Settings by mobile carrier
docomo (docomo mail)
- docomo mail app → [Other] → [Mail settings] → [docomo mail settings site]
- Enter your sp-mode password and tap [Decide]
- In [Allowed / blocked senders], add info@nnine.shop to the addresses you receive from
- Tap [Confirm] → [Save settings]
If you use the easy settings “Strong rejection” or “Reject PC email”, follow the same steps.
au (au mail)
- Open the spam filter page with your au ID
- [Other individual settings] → [Spoofing filter exception list]
- If it is “Enabled”, enter info@nnine.shop and tap [Change] → [OK]
SoftBank
- My SoftBank → [Mail settings] → [Mail settings (SMS/MMS)] → [Set]
- [Spam block settings] → [Change] → [Individual settings]
- If spoofed mail is set to “Do not receive”, add info@nnine.shop under [Set / check rescue list] and tap [Set]
iCloud Mail
- iPhone [Settings] → your name at the top → [iCloud] and check your free storage
- If it’s full, delete data you don’t need, then check your inbox again
Addresses to allow: info@nnine.shop / nnine.ec@gmail.com / no-reply@komoju.com (convenience store and bank transfer). Settings differ by device — if you’re not sure, please ask your mobile carrier.
